To become a member, you can fill in the on-line form, download a registration form to complete off-line, or contact the network support officer on 01352 701429.

Registration is FREE and open to anyone living or working in Flintshire

Details of members and their areas of interest will be held in a database maintained by the Well-being Network Support Officer*.

*All information is held in compliance with relevant Data Protection legislation. Access to the information held will be in accordance with agreed protocols. Database details will be updated at least annually.
