| Flintshire campaign says activity 'helps' mental health - BBC News Press Release | |
FSA Saturated Fat Campaign Phase At the FSA we enjoy our food and know there’s no secret formula to eating well. We also know that changing the way we eat can seem a bit of challenge, so we’d like to share some simple tips to enable everyone to make confident and healthier choices about their diet. The saturated fat campaign intends to raise awareness of the positive changes we can make to what we eat to benefit our health. We would like this message to reach the widest possible audience and we would appreciate your help to do this. This toolkit has been developed for any organisation that can support the saturated fat campaign, including local authorities, primary care trusts and voluntary organisations. It includes an overview of the campaign, hints on how the campaign can be promoted at a local level and suggestions for the delivery of campaign messages to the individuals and community groups.
