This website has been developed as part of the local contribution to Health Challenge Wales which was launched nationally in 2005.

Health Challenge Wales is a call to everyone - all people and organisations - to do as much as they can to improve health and well-being.

This message is that improving individual well-being and the health of the nation is not something that one organisation can do on its own – everyone has to do their bit and work together.
