Flintshire Sounds

Flintshire Sounds is a weekly therapeutic musical experience for people with memory problems, carers, family and friends.

People will be able to play simple percussion instruments and be encouraged to move and dance wherever appropriate. There’s also a chance to perform too – but most importantly a chance to reminisce, make new friends, build new memories and enjoy a shared experience with their carers, families and friends.

Memories matter! Each participant will collate a book of photographs and words – something that they can treasure as a reminder of an enjoyable experience.
